I build how a business runs, sells, and keeps its customers.

Nearly ten years across operations, marketing, sales, and client success: running a $200K+ CES launch, keeping customer satisfaction above 95%, and now heading ops and marketing at an AI startup. Plus an MBA in Responsible AI strategy.

Getting a whole company to actually use AI.

Buying AI tools is easy. Getting people to use them every day is the hard part. I built the training and knowledge base that made AI part of daily work across the company.

  1. Found where teams were stuck and which daily tasks AI could take off their plate
  2. Built training frameworks and a knowledge base so people could learn in the flow of work
  3. Rolled it out team by team and fixed adoption bottlenecks with each group
  4. Turned monthly engagement data into recommendations leadership used for product decisions

Komatik · Head of Operations & Marketing · Dec 2025–present

Running ops and go-to-market for an AI services company.

Komatik builds and runs AI-powered software for small businesses, and every client gets a named person who is accountable for it. The engineering is handled. I run everything around it: how we price it, how clients get onboarded, and how people hear about us.

  1. Designed the pricing tiers and packaging for the managed service
  2. Onboarded the first client, a resale boutique, onto a live storefront and admin system
  3. Rewrote all 31 customer email templates so every message sounds like one company
  4. Built the brand system, landing pages, and a repeatable social publishing workflow

Running CES on a tight timeline, then turning events into retention.

I ran the company's CES presence end to end, then led activations with major brands. My job was making sure each event moved real engagement numbers, not just foot traffic.

  1. Managed a $200K+ budget and a team of 10+ for a 20×30 ft exhibit
  2. Built the lead capture system and onboarded the booth staff
  3. Led activations with Esquire, Essence, Billboard, James Corden, and Triller
  4. Tied every event to KPIs and tracked what happened in the app afterward

Bombfell · Senior Account Manager · 2018–2020

Keeping customers happy while making the team faster.

At a fast-growing styling company, I kept satisfaction above 95% by catching churn risks early, and I built the tracking workflows the whole company later adopted. Customers rated every conversation, 500+ reviews in all. Here's a breakdown of the first 300.

  1. Spotted churn risks before customers left and stepped in early
  2. Brought customer feedback to Product and Engineering as concrete UX fixes
  3. Designed standard tracking workflows and documentation
  4. Those workflows became the company-wide benchmark

  • Explained the why behind the answer and made a good faith credit. Makes me feel better and I'm more likely to stick with Bombfell.
  • She offered not just one, but three options for me to consider.
  • Immediately fixed my concerns. Kept me a loyal customer!
If you hire me

My first 90 days.

How I'd start in a new role, based on what has worked before.

Days 1–30

Listen and map.

Meet the teams who will use the AI tools, find where work actually gets stuck, and see what's already being used or quietly avoided.

Like at Bombfell: find the risks before they become problems.
Days 31–60

Start small and prove it.

Pick two or three workflows where AI clearly saves time, train one willing team, build the knowledge base as I go, and measure before and after.

Like at Litesport: how AI adoption scaled company-wide.
Days 61–90

Scale what worked.

Roll out to more teams with proven training and docs, set clear rules for where AI decides and where a person signs off, and report results to leadership.

From my MBA: Responsible AI strategy, put to work.
Experience

Nearly ten years, one thread.

Every role has been about the same thing: getting people from "we bought it" to "we use it every day."
